The short version: Use Journali for its intended purpose — journaling your trades. Don't abuse the platform. Your data is yours. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
By creating an account or using Journali ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Journali is a trading journal application that helps traders track, analyze, and improve their trading performance. The Service includes trade logging, performance analytics, AI-powered coaching, market calendar, setup tracking, and goal management tools.
Journali is not a financial advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All trading decisions are solely your own.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Journali. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You agree not to:
Free plan: Limited to 6 trades. No credit card required.
Pro plan: $20/month · $8/week · $150/year. Cancel anytime.
Premier plan: $30/month · $10/week · $250/year. Includes everything in Pro plus all AI features.
We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you have a billing issue, contact [email protected].
You own your trade data. We will never sell it, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent. You can export your data at any time from the Settings page.
The AI trade coaching feature provides automated analysis based on your logged data. This is for educational and journaling purposes only. The AI's feedback does not constitute financial advice and should not be relied upon for trading decisions. Past patterns identified by the AI do not guarantee future results.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular trading strategy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Journali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
